Just a few weeks behind in my thermodynamics homework. Time to catch up!

My name is Aaron, I am a 3rd year Biophysics major at UCR. I enjoy running, friends, and school.
As my friend and I like to say… There could be tiny garages coming at you traveling the speed of light, and you would never know.
Gonna own this midterm in a few hours!
I finished problem number one for my interview. It took my a while to remember the trick, and I felt really dumb after. That feeling was soon replaced by anger… they killed Betty White in part b.
PHYSICS
1. Betty White did daredevil stunts in her spares time. Her last stunt was an attempt to jump across a river on a motorcycle. The takeoff ramp was inclined 53 degrees, the river was 40.0 m wide, and the far bank was 15.0 m lower than the top of the ramp. The river itself was 100 m below the ramp. You can ignore air resistance.
(a) What should her speed have to be at the top of the ramp to have just made it to the edge of the far bank?
(b) If her speed was only half the value found in (a), where did Betty White land
2. For the circuit shown in the figure, both meters are idealized, the battery has no appreciable internal resistance, and the ammeter reads 1.25 A. (a) What does the voltmeter read? (b) What is the emf of the battery?
3. The lens and mirror in the figure have focal lengths of +80.0 cm and -50.0 cm, respectively. An object is placed 1.00 m to the left of the lens as shown. Locate the final image, formed by light that has gone through the lens twice. State whether the image is upright or inverted, and determine the overall magnification.
the second law of thermodynamics is, YOU DO NOT TALK ABOUT THERMODYNAMICS!
