Gym Workout
Dumbbell curls: 15reps (Each arm) at 20lbs x3
Superset with overhead triceps 15reps at 20lbs
A shoulder circuit type thing with a 25lb plate (12 reps with 4 lifts for a total of 48 reps, 3 sets).
Assisted pull-up/chin-up/dip circuit, 10 of each one time.
Squat jump pull ups (a new thing I just tried). You do squat jumps under a pull-up bar and every time you jump, you grab the bar and do a pull up. It was a lot of fun, I could only complete 2 sets of 10.
Then one stair race, and 30min of racket ball.
