Today

Started with a 12 mile workout, 3 warm up, 6 at race pace (around 7:45), 3 cool down.  Then I only had one class from 7:30-8:30pm took a quiz (did well I think) and was back at the apartment by 8:20.  Went to the gym at nine, short walk-run on the track with a friend followed by arms, shoulder, back workout.  Then some racket ball.  That is what I call a successful day.  Now it is time to bust out my physics homework and study for another quiz tomorrow afternoon.
