Tonight’s workout:
Decline leg press 10 reps at 180lbs, 270lbs, 270lbs.
Calf raises 20 reps 90lbs, 25 reps 180lbs, 40 reps 270lbs
Dead lifts 3x 10 reps at 135lbs.
Stair sprints
40min run (4.7miles) @ 8:33 pace. Though the chicken katsu was not the best idea before a run.
